Mentor Designs focuses on design and development of Class I, II and III medical devices. Our team has expertise in many facets of the medical device field. Some of our previous projects include insulin pumps, heart monitors, electrosurgical devices, laboratory equipment and orthopedic devices. We have assisted with concept development, prototyping and production release.

Aerospace engineering is a field that is not based on quantity but rather quality. Typically, there are not large quantities of scale. With that said, there is constant challenge to design and develop the most cost effective solution utilizing the manufacturing methods available for the design. We have experience in turbine blade design, casings, compressor components and aircraft structures.

Our industrial engineers have a lot of experience in automotive designs that heavily rely on aesthetics and ergonomics. Typically, automotive products enjoy the economy of scale and we can implement the manufacturing methods that utilize this. Our latest project we worked on was a conversion of a bulkhead in a van.

Mentor Design also assists in the design and development of new products. The have helped many startups get their product designed and out to production.
